Club-Museum of the history of the Old Believers ' culture in vilage Rosha

The Museum presents to the residents and guests of the village Rosha uniqueness of the old believers ' culture, its history. It is located in wooden two-storeyed building of the former township government (the building of the mid 19th century), on the high picturesque Bank of the Sylva river. The Museum has rich material about the history of the village and the near lying villages, about settling the land, about customs, traditions of the local population, mostly of old believers; on the events of the civil war, the veterans of the great Patriotic war and workers of rear.

On the ground floor there is a permanent exposition "House of peasant-believer". The interior of the hut second half of the 19th beginning of the 20th centuries. Sustained all dimensions of the hut, Russian stove, utensils, a religious cult objects of old believers.

On the second floor in the four rooms are located exposition "Russian Gornitsa", "Lnotkatchestvo", "All that used, that were made on the road of life".

After excursion you can taste dishes of the old believer dishes, cooked according to old recipes.

How to get: the Club-Museum is located in 80 km from r.p. Shalya on the border with Perm Krai.

By train to the station iShalya or Shamary, then bus or taxi to village Rosha. Journey time-4 hours.
