The Museum of Egorshino GRES

In 1871 in vilage Egorshino was opened the field of anthracite and has started mining of coal, many mines were opened.With one of them, "Sofia",was associated the beginning the construction of Egorshino GRES. In 1913 H.E. Demidov started the construction. In 2003 GRES ceased production of electric and thermal energy. Now it is a monument of industrial architecture of the Urals.
