The house is located at the address Sacco and Vanzetti, 24 (before the revolution - Usoltsevskaya street), built by founder of merchant dynasty - Hesameddin Agafurov. In our days this monument of history and architecture is a representative office of Republic Tatarstan in Sverdlovsk region. The house was built by architect Yu.I. Dutel, the building is decorated with Oriental motifs and Muslim symbols.
