Holy Trinity Cathedral in Kamensk-Uralskiy
The oldest Cathedral in the city. It is stone, two-storied, eight-prestols Church founded in 1790 as a parish Church. The lower Church in honour of the Holy life-giving Trinity consecrated in 1813. The lower side-altars in the name of Sainted-hierarchs of Moscow of Peter, Ions and Alexis, and in the name of great Martyr Artemius Verkolskiy consecrated in 1805. In 1828, the Church was built on the second floor. The upper temple was consecrated in honour of the image of the Saviour. Top chapels in honour of the Tikhvin icon of the blessed virgin, and the prophet Elijah. To the lower temple is built on two side-chapel in honour of the exaltation of the cross in the name of great Martyr Paraskeva. on may 11, 1912, by the decree of the Synod of the Church is assigned to the Cathedral status. In 1930 the Church was closed and only in 1991 was returned to believers.
