Kashinskoye Gorodishe

Unique archeological monument — site of ancient people (500 B.C.) is located near Bogdanovich in the village Kashino. In 1960 archaeological expedition of the Ural University under the guidance E.M. Bers found that the settlement was founded about the middle of 1 Millennium BC. The tribal community pastoralists lived there. The evidence of that theory is that the accumulation in the cultural layer of the bones of domestic and wild animals, bone arrowheads, fishing hooks, many ornamented pottery shards, copper plates. The finds made on the site of the settlement, now exhibited in the local lore Museum.
