The Museum of military equipment under the open sky "Battle glory of Ural" in Verkhnyaya Pyshma

The Museum was opened in 2005, and at first the exposition consisted of only a few samples of military equipment. With the time space of Museum and the number of exhibits has grown. Now there are more than 100 exhibits, and this is one of the biggest exhibitions of that kind in the Urals. Technics, exhibited there, took part in actual combat Soviet-Finnish and great Patriotic war, the Afghan war. Anti-aircraft guns, mortars, tanks, fighter aircraft, torpedo boat, self-propelled artillery installations, military vehicles (national "ZIS"'s and "GAZ"'s and foreign one) are situated not only on the open area, and under the roof of the modern Exhibition centre, which was fiunded in 2013. In addition to military equipment on its three floors you can see the samples of peace - cars and motorcycles - and awards, and military uniforms of different historical epochs.

Opening hours: from may to October, Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:30, from November to April from 10:00 to 18:00
