Eco-industrial technopark "Old Demidov plant" in Nizhniy Tagil

The first Russian Museum factory is a unique monument of history of metallurgical industry. In the plant has maintained the elements of 18,19 and the begining of 20 century. Here you can see a real blast and open-hearth furnaces, to get acquainted with the technology of production of ferrous metals. The plant keeps a water turbine of 1892 edition, which resulted in movement by rolling mill. Flumes and furnace body of the early 19th century preserved in good contition. Bridge crane is in working condition.
