Collegiate hunters lodge «Aktai»
Collegiate hunters lodge on river Aktai was founded in 1852 in the path of pilgrims in Verkhoturye, to venerate the relics of St. Simeon of Verkhotursk, as a stopping point. Soon there was built a chapel (1887-88,) in the name of the icon of the Mother of God "life-giving spring", lit as the temple in 1894 Later Verkhoturye's hunters lodge becomes a skit, with the introduction of the it community and Old Believing. On the shore there is an inexhaustible spring of sacred water is life-giving spring, equipped with bath which today tend pilgrims, as a miracle, healing and gives strength.
