Natural-mineralogical reserve of Rezh

The most famous and visited reserve of the Sverdlovsk region.It Located southwest of the town Rezh in river valleys of rivers Adui and Rezh, on the territory Rezhevskiy district, including locations: vilages Lipovskoye, Firsovo, Cheremisskoye, Oktyabrskoye, Koltashi.It Occupies the Central part of the unified geological-mineralogical system, known under the name of Semiprecious belt of the Urals. In the reserve there are three plot: Lipovskiy, Shaitanskiy and Aduyskiy. The main task of the reserve is to protect wild animals. On the territoryof the reserve there are more than 60 mines suitable for visiting, open to tourist. There are monuments of nature rocks Adui-Stone and the Shaitan-stone.

At the reserve there is a "Museum "Semiprecious belt of Urals".

How to get: In the city Rezh you can get from Ekaterinburg the lenth of the route is 80 kilometers. The village Lipovskoye is 20 kilometres from Rezh, to visit a career you can hire a guide. To Shaitan field leads a slip road on a ground road from the highway Rezh-Nevyansk. The length of a ground road - 1 kilometers, and half the distance is only available on the transport of high passability.
